Top 5 Medical Apps on Android in Madagascar for Q1 2023

In the first quarter of 2023, the medical app landscape on the Android platform in Madagascar showcased interesting trends. Here’s a closer look at the top five medical apps and their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Fanafody experienced a fluctuating download pattern throughout Q1 2023. Weekly downloads started at 175 and peaked at 332 in the week of January 9, before stabilizing around the 200-250 range towards the end of March. Despite these fluctuations, the app did not generate any revenue during this period.

Mobile JKN maintained a relatively steady download rate, with weekly downloads ranging between 106 and 147. The app's active users saw a gradual increase, starting at 282 and peaking at 333 in late February, before slightly declining to 307 by the end of March. Similar to Fanafody, Mobile JKN did not report any revenue for this quarter.

X Ray Body Scanner Real Camera showed a significant increase in downloads, especially in January and February. Downloads surged from 10 at the start of the quarter to a high of 261 in the week of February 20. Active users mirrored this growth, rising from 49 at the beginning of January to 532 by the end of March. However, the app did not generate any revenue during this period.

VIDAL Mobile had an inconsistent download trend, with notable peaks and troughs. Downloads reached a high of 155 at the end of January but dropped to zero for several weeks in February and March. Active users also decreased from 178 at the end of December to 180 by the end of March. No revenue was recorded for this app in Q1 2023.

SATUSEHAT Mobile saw a decline in downloads over the quarter, starting at 61 and dropping to 25 by the end of March. The app's active users followed a similar trend, peaking at 1125 in early February before falling to 877 in the last week of March. Like the other apps, SATUSEHAT Mobile did not generate any revenue during this period.
